Responsible Use of AI

Last updated: June 2025

At Advanced Behavioral Health Consults (ABHC), we responsibly use technology to enhance educational resources, marketing materials, and administrative efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and clinical judgment.

How AI Is Used at ABHC

Artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used to assist in creating website content, blog articles, educational resources, marketing materials, and business communications. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by a licensed clinical social worker before publication.

What AI Is Never Used For

AI is not used to diagnose, treat, supervise, or make clinical decisions regarding clients or supervisees. Clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, and individualized professional assessment remain the sole responsibility of the licensed provider.

This commitment applies equally to clinical supervision — a regulated professional service with its own ethical and legal obligations under Florida's 491 Board standards and the NASW Code of Ethics.

Privacy and Confidentiality

ABHC is committed to protecting client and supervisee confidentiality. AI tools are used in accordance with applicable ethical, legal, and privacy standards. No personally identifiable client or supervisee information is entered into AI systems.
